1. Feed Whole Foods for Gut Healing

Processed kibble is often packed with fillers, preservatives, and ingredients that irritate the gut. Whole foods, on the other hand, are soothing and nourishing.
Try This:
Bone broth made at home: Simmer chicken bones in water with a splash of apple cider vinegar for 8–12 hours. It’s rich in collagen and healing for the gut lining.
Add a spoonful over meals or freeze into paw-shaped cubes for a fun treat.
